Shipping

We offer free shipping within the USA (contiguous states). Orders will ship out of our warehouse by the next business day.

Sales tax applies to orders shipping to California at 8.25%

We offer 3-5 day shipping to Canada at a flat rate of $21
(this includes Canadian Duties)

Returns

You may return any products you have ordered from www.exentriusa.com within 30 days of purchase. All goods returned for refund or exchange must be unused with original packaging intact. To make a request, please contact us at  info@exentriusa.com Please include full name, order number and reason for requesting a return in your email.

Please note that we do not refund the cost of return delivery. Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage when returning goods.  J&G Brands cannot be held responsible for returned goods being lost in transit without proof of postage. Refund will be made within 7 days after J&G Brands receives and inspects the returned product from you.
